With expansive views to the St. Paul skyline and immediate access to the light rail corridor, Rossmor Studio embodies a modern urban aesthetic appropriate for this downtown location. Designed in a way to best utilize the limited space of the studio, the access point was shifted to the center of the corridor, allowing for two occupied corner-spaces: a full bath in one, and a walk-in closet with a bunked loft in the other.

Highly detailed partition-walls made from cherry timbers and brushed aluminum creates clean lines to conceal the private spaces of the program.  Extruded autoclave concrete panels produce an open backdrop for the studio, making a feature wall that is not only highly durable and maintenance free, but also adds to the studios clean, modern design.
